Fees

You pay the venue's fees. Taba does not add to them.

What you pay

Each venue charges its own maker and taker fees, and most scale them by your volume tier at that venue. Makers usually pay less than takers, and on some venues makers are paid rather than charged.

The order ticket shows the estimated fee before you send, for the venue you are sending to. Estimated, because your tier and the maker/taker outcome are the venue's to decide at fill time.

Funding is not a fee

Perpetual futures exchange a funding payment between longs and shorts, typically hourly or every eight hours. It is not charged by the venue and not charged by us — it goes to the traders on the other side. It can still be the largest cost of holding a position. The Funding page compares it across venues.

What Taba earns

Where a venue offers it, Taba may receive a share of the venue's own fee on orders routed through it. It comes out of the venue's side and does not add anything to what you pay. Taba charges you nothing directly, and there is no subscription.
